Is it really one-time?

Yes. You pay once per panel to get credentialed — no monthly subscription. Re-credentialing reminders are included at no extra cost.

What if I want to add a payer later?

Add any additional payer for $79 whenever you're ready. If you end up wanting all four, the $300 bundle is always the better deal.

Which networks do you support?

We're starting with the four largest behavioral-health networks: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. More are on the way.

What happens if a payer needs more from me?

We'll flag exactly what's needed and guide you through it. Most of the time our pre-screen catches it first, so there's nothing to fix.
